REFUND POLICY: ****************** A refund of Cash may be possible under certain conditions. Please keep in mind the following for possible refund scenarios: - If the transaction was not authorized by you and is considered fraudulent. If this is the case, the account will be closed to insulate both parties from continued fraudulent activity. - The amount of Cash requested to be refunded must be from a single (or multiple) transactions, but the full balance of Cash associated with each transaction refund may not have been spent. No partial refund of Cash is possible. - If the account was terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service, no refund is possible in this circumstance. If this is the case and a charge-back is issued, it will be fought. - Gifting Policy: Any user under the aforementioned requirement will not receive a refund on the item that was failed to be received by the 2nd party user. You understand by agreeing to our Temrs of Use that we will not refund avatars to users under 2,300 GP and who's avatars were lost during the gifting process. 12.
