Abuser Report Tickets: update

Hello Everyone,
Recently we have received a lot of abuser report tickets
Harasment/Insults/Cursing/Bullying
Sometimes people are frustrated and all you need to do is to tell them to \"calm down\" , which works most of the time. Do not immediately take a screenshot and report them. Everyone has bad days. Instead try and talk to them. If they continue you must show in your ticket, screenshots or video proof that you asked them to stop (as politely as possible).
Kicking/Rejoining/NOT Getting Ready
You have the option to kick anyone from your room. The issue is that sometimes the players return wondering why they were kicked or thinking they experienced lag. If they return and you wish to kick them again, you must show in your ticket, screenshots or video proof that you asked them to leave or ready (as politely as possible). If the player is kicked 2 times after you asked them to leave or ready, then you may create a ticket so that we can inform the user of the issue and take action as necessary.

Ola pessoal,
Recentemente temos recebido muitos tickets com denuncias de usuarios abusando do jogo.
Perseguicao/Insultos/Calunia/Bullying
As vezes as pessoas ficam frustradas e tudo o que voce precisa fazer e dizer a elas que se acalmem, o que funciona na maioria das vezes. Nao tire uma screenshot imediatamente e as denuncie. Todos tem dias ruins. Ao inves disso, tente falar com elas. Se elas continuarem com tal comportamento, no seu ticket de denuncia voce devera provar que voce pediu que elas parassem (da forma mais educada possivel)..
Kickar/Retornar a sala/Se recusar a dar \"ready\"
Voce tem a opcao de kickar qualquer pessoa da sua sala. O problema e que as vezes os jogadores retornam a sala se perguntando porque eles foram kickados ou pensando que tiveram lag. Se eles retornarem e voce desejar kicka-los outra vez, voce devera provar em seu ticket que voce pediu que eles se retirassem ou que dessem \"ready\" (da forma mais educada possivel). Se o jogador for kickado duas vezes depois de voce fazer tal pedido, entao voce pode criar um ticket para que nos possamos informar o usuario da situacao e tomar as medidas necessarias.

A veces las personas se sienten frustradas y todo lo que tiene que hacer es decirles que \"se calme\", funciona la mayoria del tiempo. No tome inmediatamente un screenshot y reportelos. Todo el mundo tiene dias malos. En vez de eso, trate de hablar con ellos. Si continuan, usted debe mostrarlo en su ticket, screenshots o video, que usted les pidio que paren (lo mas amablemente posible).
Kickeando / Regresando a una sala / No estando \"ready\"
Usted tiene la opcion de kickear a cualquiera de su sala. El problema es que a veces los jugadores regresan preguntando por que han sido kickeados y dicen que experimentaron lag. Si regresan y desea kickearlo de nuevo, usted debe mostrarlo en su ticket, screenshot o video, que usted les pidio que se fueran de la sala (lo mas amablemente posible). Si el jugador es kickeado 2 veces despues de que les pidio que se fueran o que den \"ready\", entonces usted puede crear un ticket para poder informar al usuario del problema y tomaremos las medidas necesarias.
Vamos a mantener nuestra comunidad limpia, amable, y sobre todo, divertida!

Gawin nating malinis, friendly at higit sa lahat masaya ang komyunidad na ito.

heres the think, anti-kick is achieved by using 3rd party programs to alter the room number, that change can be seen in the game logs, if a player kicks some1 out, and then comes back, ofc they can open a ticket, however, if the reported user isnt using any anti-kick \'\'hack\'\' but instead is just part of the game bugging and lagging, you cannot be entitled to ban them, if you are gonna start banning for that, you might as well start banning people who is anoying, or rage quitters, also trolls, they all run under the same concepts. otherwise explains your reasons so i can understand better, because i love coming back when they insult and kick me out XD
